HERE WE GO ROUND THE MULBERRY BUSH

Monday May 2 | The Duke of York | 6.00pm

Directed by Clive Donner, this 1968 Mod rock film is one of the great lost classics. Featuring top notch music from such bands as Traffic and The Spencer Davis Group, the movie captures the time and place of late 60’s hipster England with a real easy sense that rings true from beginning to end.

Great pop art direction, strongly sexual themes and a truly original Mod soundtrack, Here We Go Round the Mulberry Bush is without a doubt one of the most entertaining British films to come out of the 1960’s.
