unbowed. This year the challenger is a crack squad of Scotland’s
finest featuring Anita Govan, Rachel Jury and Jenny Lindsay,
performance poets par excellence. Who will emerge victorious
in the battle of wits to the end?

experience on the National performance poetry circuit and

In keeping with
the tradition of bringing poetry to the streets, the Cathedral
Quarter Arts Festival have commissioned a series of poetry raids
in banks, post offices, restaurants, libraries, supermarkets
and various other public arenas on Saturday May 8.
So when you hear the cry “Nobody move – this is
a poem”, don’t be alarmed; you will be entertained!
