A unique
gathering of our best female singer songwriters featuring:
Susan Enan, Joan McEldowney, Julie Lee and Katrina Turner.
Julie Lee: Julie arrived from Nashville last summer to
spend a year in Belfast. She has released two albums in
America of which her latest, ‘Many Waters’ is
influenced by her love of Bluegrass.
Joan McEldowney: Formally the lead singer of Osmosis,
Joan went solo in 1998 and is currently recording her
first EP. With the band she has played many venues in
and around Ireland and made numerous TV appearances.
Susan Enan: Susan moved to Belfast at the end of 1998
and set up the Susan Enan Band with whom she released
an interactive CD. She released her first solo record
last year and is currently planning shows overseas.
Katrina Turner: Katrina normally has a full band behind
her but tonight’s appearance is a rare stripped down
affair. Her song ‘Secretary’ has recently been
playlisted on Cool FM
