Writing in Light is a series of black and white portraits of some of Ireland’s best-known writers. Darragh develops a rapport with his subjects, engaging in a dialogue to create an intimate space where the camera is almost ‘removed’, waiting but ready to capture the moment. He has photographed his subjects in their own surroundings, providing an intriguing insight into exceptional writerly lives.
