The Polskadots take their audiences on a musical journey through Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and Russia. Led by the highly accomplished and energetic Marja on fiddle, Cat O'Hora on 2nd fiddle, Sirpa Syrga on accordion & vocals and backed by Eileen Healey on rhythm guitar and vocals The Polskadots are able to take their audience on a trip around the Baltic States and across Eastern Europe into the Balkans.
Mazaika are a perfect yet totally unconventional marriage of violin, accordion and voice. Gypsy, Russian and European folk, tango and Hotclub jazz are performed by violinist Sarah Harrison and tenor/accordion player Igor Outkine. This musical feast will also come served with food from various EU countries prepared by the John Hewitt.
