The loss of John Martyn in January last year was deeply felt by his fans throughout the world. His powerful yet often lamenting songs, his seductive guitar style and enigmatic voice gained a devoted audience spanning several generations. John was greatly loved and will be missed more than any of us now realise.
Keith James and Rick Foot, using the intimate format of voice, acoustic guitar and double bass were, unsurprisingly, approached by countless fans of both theirs and John’s to play some concerts of his music.
