Belfast-born Linda Anderson is the author of two award-winning novels, To Stay Alive and Cuckoo. She has worked as a director of fiction and drama for BBC Radio Drama and as a writing tutor for Goldsmiths’ College. She was Head of Creative Writing at Lancaster University from 1995 - 2002 and is now Reader in Creative Writing at The Open University. She is editor of Creative Writing: A Workbook with Readings published in 2005 by The Open University and Routledge.
