Lionel Shriver Belfast Exposed Saturday 29 April, 6.00pm

In the light of the phenomenal success of her 7th novel We Need to Talk about Kevin(winner of the Orange Prize for Fiction 2005), Lionel Shriver will read from this acclaimed novel and the soon to be published Double Fault.

In We Need to Talk about Kevin
Shriver explores the tragic possibilities of a motherhood gone awry and is inspired in part, by the author’s early-forties anguishing over whether to finally become a mother herself. In her fiction and journalism, American born and one-time Belfast resident Lionel Shriver has never shied away from contentious issues.

This is a British Sign Language interpreted event.
