For over forty-five years Terri Hooley has been
involved in the local music scene, starting off as a
disc jockey at the age of fifteen. Over the years in
Belfast he has met some of the world’s greatest
musical legends from The Rolling Stones to Bob
Dylan but he is best known for championing local
bands through his Good Vibrations record label.
Although many of the bands and venues that form
the rich history of Belfast music no longer exist,
this walking tour will be full of stories of the people
and the city that he loves and jokingly calls the
centre of the universe.
