A hero of the first ever Cathedral Quarter Arts
Festival, Geoff Berner pioneers the unique sound of
Klezmer Punk. It’s dirty, grimey, close to the bone,
hilarious politico-anarchic-folk-pop from one man
and his accordion.
Another maverick to cherish is Jinx Lennon, a
punk/poet/performance artist whose repertoire
contains elements of magic, rawness, rage,
bullhorns, one chord Taylor guitars, Lee Van Cleef, a
cascade of electro sound and a soulful female voice,
courtesy of Jinx’s stage partner Miss Paula Flynn.
