Thirty years ago frustration with the state of Northern Ireland made it one of the hotbeds of punk, producing bands such as Stiff Little Fingers and The Undertones. Currently Belfast is exporting hugely successful acts such as Snow Patrol and Duke Special, but what happed to our punk heritage?
Does our music reflect out more comfortable surroundings? Is there any future for punk in the new Belfast?
