It’s a welcome return to the Festival for the worlds only stand-up comedian for kids. It’s a tough gig one withering look from a five-yearold can disarm even the most confident adult but Campbell has children sussed. Campbell owes more to Eddie Izzard than Zippo's Circus. If your children are in that six-to-eleven limbo, he is perfect, while sophisticated enough for adults to have a whale of a time too.

Practice in over 1000 primary schools has given him an easy confidence with his audience. The children are instantly shouting out, joining in and chanting along with his daft poems and songs. Highly recommended but be prepared to buy the tapes.
