The Festival of Fools is extraordinarily proud to welcome this colourful telling of a fairy tale all the way from St Petersburg.
A magical and mysterious village fair introduces us to a variety of intriguing characters offering their wares. None is more mysterious than the master toy seller with his array of colourful dolls.
As his tray of puppets comes to life the audience is invited to stroll into the dream and become players in this entrancing work of mask and movement. A piece of clay fashioned by the hands of the master turn into the very first Man and Woman.
Fashioned in Russia, this performance needs no translation. The duration of the performance is 60 minutes and is presented by Mr Pejo’s Wandering Dolls.
