Joseph O'Connor's published work includes The Salesman, Inishowen, Desperados and the Whitbread Prize-shortlisted Cowboys and Indians.

Joseph O'Connor has lived in New York and London, for a short time in Nicaragua, and now lives in Dublin, Ireland with his family.
