Ruins is a celebration of "hope and existence", exploring the struggles of the 'familiar into the unknown'. A story of discovery, degeneration, decay and evoking the feelings of nostalgia and inspiration.
In this dynamic and theatrical piece, a passionate and intimate relationship is created between dance, film and the original music score, capturing an ambitious mixture of Indian and Western elements. Ruins includes spell-binding music and percussion, acrobatic movements, dynamic dance punctuated with exquisite grace of Kathak.
