URBAN CULTURE TASTER DAY

As part of the lead up to the Waterfront Hall’s Urban Arts Academy we are hosting a taster day for arts projects happening across the city. It’ll be a one stop shop for all the creative ways that you can spend your summer holidays. Representatives from among others, Sonic DJ Academy, Fanta Academy, Belfast Exposed, Springboard, Children’s Express, New Belfast Community Arts Initiative and BEAT Initiative, will all be providing information about all their summer programmes. Even if you’re away all summer this is a great opportunity to try out a wide variety of art forms, from DJing to fashion design, graffiti art to animation, and all for free.

The day concludes with the launch of ‘Nozzel’, a graffiti art exhibition in the Waterfront’s Gallery and a showing of ‘Style Wars’
