Dan Eggs was born and grew up in Ballymoney. He penned the popular ballad Sweet Stella of Stranocum, which is one of the most requested and played tracks on BBC Radio Ulster. He is also a firm favourite of the stations very own Gerry Anderson, and his radio show listeners, where his poetry is regularly featured.

Dan has gigged in 37 countries and is a key figure in the Performance poetry scene throughout Ireland. This event will feature the world premiere of his new collection Rhythmical Psalms of the Skiing Continuum.

Jude Simpson performs across the UK, has appeared on radio and TV, and has won national poetry slam competitions. She brings a unique combination of observational humour, sophisticated wordplay and upbeat performance. Add to this a healthy dose of silliness and you'll see why she's been described as a cross between Victoria Wood and Eminem.
