 Bully

Richard Fry wrote Bully drawing on his own
experiences of bullies and bigots, fairies and fag
hags, big bad boyf riends and youth club slags.
Bully is a gripping ‘tour-de-verse’ about one man’s
struggle against a life of violence and oppression.
Dealing with dark subject matters ranging from
homophobia and domestic violence to death and
Su Pollard.
Writer/Performer Richard Fry grips his audience
from the get-go. As his punchy versed story
unfolds he has you laughing and crying in the
same breath. It is quite simply one of the most
engaging hours you will spend in a theatre.
Bully premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe 2008
where it played to full houses, garnered universal
acclaim, and was nominated for the Amnesty
International Award.
