The festival is delighted to welcome the BBC Radio 2 Folk Award-winning husband-and-wife duo whose Tomorrow Will Follow Today is “folk music for the modern age” (The Telegraph).

Kathryn Roberts and Sean Lakeman first collaborated in the 1990s before taking time out to raise a family and returning in 2012 with the acclaimed album Hidden People.

The comeback continues with their latest offering, and serves as “a further reminder of their songwriting skill and range” (The Guardian). “Their new work seems set to not so much propel them back into folk ascendency, but maintain their current high status at the top of the tree in a highly competitive field,” says Louder Than War.

In the intimate environs of the John Hewitt, this has all the hallmarks of a very special CQAF show.
