One of the finest indie bands of the last decade who have sold over a million records to date, Turin Brakes continue to produce powerful new music as their journey continues. Their seventh studio album Lost Property stormed into the UK Top 40 album charts on its release in January this year and the first single from the album ‘Keep Me Around’ was A-listed on BBC Radio.

Formed in Balham, London in 1999 by childhood friends Olly Knights and Gale Paridjanian (now joined by long their long term collaborators Rob Allum & Eddie Myer), Turin Brakes signed to French label Source in 2000 and released their Mercury Music Prize nominated debut album The Optimist in 2001.

Turin Brakes are still making their way through the century’s changing landscape and currently enjoying renewed acclaim and support from media and fans alike. They are currently playing to sold out venues on tour in the UK having recently played at festivals this Summer including Isle of Wight Festival, Cornbury and Camp Bestival.
